RYO Market Overview
The headline reference price is anchored to the fresh NonKYC ticker rather than elected by reported volume. Because RYO order books are naturally thin, book depth and spread are treated as confidence signals instead of hard gates; smaller venues can confirm the market but cannot override it. The 24-hour change uses validated local candles only, and reported exchange volume is shown as informational context.

Chart Sources & Storage
The public page and public REST endpoints make no upstream exchange requests. A background task evaluates markets every five minutes and stores a 30-day audit trail of candidate prices, order-book state, weights and rejection reasons. Accepted five-minute observations are the single source for local 1H candles; 4H and 1D candles are rebuilt from validated 1H data. CoinGecko historical OHLC and the bundled long-term USD close archive remain separate, source-labelled datasets.
Composite Price Method
A fresh NonKYC ticker forms the primary anchor and receives at least the configured minimum index weight even when the order book is thin, one-sided, wide, or temporarily unavailable. Order-book data strengthens confidence when present but does not decide eligibility. Secondary exchanges must remain within the configured deviation band and are capped per exchange. If the NonKYC direct ticker itself is unavailable, fallback requires agreement from at least two underlying exchanges. A large unsupported primary move is held for one refresh unless book, cross-pair, or secondary confirmation is present.
Volume & Market Capitalization
Reported 24-hour volume is the sum of the listed exchange-reported market rows and is informational only; it does not determine the reference price. Local ryo.news candles retain the latest reported 24-hour source-volume snapshot for the candle while explicitly not claiming it is interval trade volume. Market capitalization is calculated as the validated ryo.news RYO/USD reference price multiplied by the CoinGecko circulating-supply value, with the supply timestamp retained in the stored snapshot.
Data Status
Healthy, degraded, delayed, last-validated and unavailable states describe the reference index, while live/delayed/stale/fallback labels describe individual feeds. If a new candidate fails validation, the last validated price may remain visible but is explicitly labelled as such. Stored historical datasets remain available during temporary upstream failures.
