SUBMISSION STANDARDS
What a publishable submission should meet
Original work
Submissions must be original work created by the submitting author. Plagiarized, copied or improperly attributed material will not be published.
- You must have the right to submit the article and its media.
- Quotations and third-party material must be properly attributed.
- Previously published material must be disclosed.
- Republishing arrangements must be agreed before publication.
Accuracy & evidence
Factual and technical claims should be supported by reliable sources. Wherever reasonably possible, provide primary documentation, research papers, repositories, official announcements, blockchain data or other supporting evidence.
Unverified rumours, anonymous allegations and speculative claims must not be presented as established facts.
Clear structure
Use descriptive headings, readable paragraphs and a logical structure. The introduction should clearly explain the subject and why it matters.
Article delivery
Paste the article directly into the submission form or provide a Google Docs document link. Plain text is fully acceptable and will be formatted before publication.
If using Google Docs, make sure the document can be viewed by anyone with the link. Do not include JavaScript, tracking code, advertising scripts, external widgets or executable content.
Images & media
Article images, charts, screenshots or diagrams may be referenced in your article, sources, notes or shared Google Doc. You must own the material or have permission to publish it and should provide source, creator and licensing information for third-party media.
The public form does not accept article attachments. The only upload accepted is an optional author profile picture in JPEG or PNG format.
Use of artificial intelligence
AI-assisted research, editing, translation or formatting must be carefully reviewed by the contributor. The submitting author remains responsible for every claim, source and quotation.
Submissions consisting primarily of unverified or low-value automated content may be rejected. Material AI involvement should be disclosed when relevant to editorial review.

- Plagiarized, copied or lightly rewritten articles
- Pure advertisements presented as independent analysis
- Generic cryptocurrency content with no relevance to our audience
- Unverified allegations or unsupported accusations
- Artificially generated articles that have not been fact-checked
- Copied press releases without meaningful original reporting
- Referral-link articles created primarily to earn commissions
- Content promoting scams, deception or unlawful activity
- Articles containing hidden links, tracking code or malicious content
- Content that misrepresents opinion or speculation as verified fact
EDITORIAL REVIEW
Review and modification
Every submission is subject to editorial review. Submission does not guarantee publication, and ryo.news may accept, reject or request changes to a contribution.
- Correct grammar, spelling and formatting
- Improve clarity, readability and organization
- Adjust headings, titles and article structure
- Verify claims, quotations and source links
- Request additional evidence or clarification
- Remove excessive promotional language
- Add relevant context, disclosures or editorial notes
- Format the article to match ryo.news publication standards
- Update outdated links or information after publication
We aim to preserve the contributor’s central meaning and argument. Substantial changes may be returned to the contributor for review when reasonably practical.

Published contributors receive permanent attribution on their article. Attribution may include:

Unless otherwise agreed, the author retains copyright to their original work. By submitting, you confirm that you have the necessary rights and authorize ryo.news to edit, format, publish, archive, display and promote the contribution through its website, newsletters and social channels.

Compensation
